Joyce believes that although State Bank is a community bank, it can still operate in metropolitan areas and compete with larger institutions.
She enjoys just about anything that’s homemade, and when she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with her family. Joyce takes a great deal of pride in the accomplishments her children have enjoyed in their education and careers.
