Stephanie Paris
Commercial Services Officer Stephanie Paris of our Bowling Green office works diligently to successfully identify, cultivate, and develop relationships with potential business clients, so she can identify strategies to help them start or grow their business.
Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin, and her Master of Business Education from Walden University. Prior to entering the finance profession, she was a college softball coach, and taught high school business education.
“I like working at a community bank, because you have more of a personal connection with your customers, and you tend to become their biggest fans in their person lives and their businesses.”
Stephanie lives in Bowling Green with her husband, Derek van der Merwe. They have three adult children, Emily, Lauren, Ian, and Patton, a pre-kindergartener. When not working, she and her family enjoy attending Bowling Green State University athletic events.
