If the weather is nice and you’re in the Upper Arlington area where Bill and his wife Cheryl reside, you'll likely find him working in the yard, helping his neighbors with odd jobs or hosting BBQ dinners for family and friends. You might even catch him playing Frisbee with his Sheltie Wynn, whereas her twin sister Hattie prefers being pampered. And then, there is Bella, their Yorkie Maltese mix who everyone knows rules the Pond roost.
